Attendance Forms
To report a child absent for a full or partial day, including late arrivals (tardy) and early dismissals, the parent/guardian must submit written notification to the school office or via email.
For early dismissals, a parent/guardian must report to the main office before the student will be dismissed. Late arrivals (tardy) do not need to be accompanied by a parent/guardian upon arrival. Students arriving after the start of school are considered tardy, which may be excused if proper written notification is submitted upon arrival.
Educational Trips
Absences for pre-planned educational trip should be approved prior to departure. Completed forms should be submitted to the school’s main office or via email.
