2015-2020 Strategic Initiatives

The Upper St. Clair School District's 2015-2020 strategic plan specifically focuses on five major areas:  Professional Learning Communities; STEAM Education; Technology; Reimagining the High School Experience; and Safety & Security.

While we don’t rank order the importance of those five focus areas, safety and security has always been and will always be our top priority. Over the past three years, we have made tremendous strides in this area. And, we will continue to analyze needs and implement additional measures to ensure the continued safety of schools and, most importantly, our students and staff.
